Founder of Maven, a promotions and publicity agency in Chicago, Sarah Vargo was recently named "One of the Five Nightlifers to Watch in 2009" by Chicago Magazine. Sarah was a contributor for the NBC 5 Street Team and was the Promotions Director for 24/7 Chicago, an entertainment-related show on NBC. Sarah is also the Co-Chair for the 20th Annual Celebrity Chef Gala benefiting Meals on Wheels. Additional recent projects include events with Emperor's New Clothes, Chicago Social, Bravo TV reality stars, TNT and MTV. One of her favorite projects is the Diva Series--an event that honors dynamic women in Media, PR, Fitness, Fashion, Beauty, Culinary Arts and other industries. Q: Describe a perfect night out with friends?

A: A perfect night out with friends is when I surround myself with people I love the most. We will usually grab dinner somewhere - Hub 51 or Sunda and head out on the town. We start off by hitting a lounge like Crimson, Jbar, Vertigo, Rebar, etc. and end the night at a club to dance! Our favorite places are Underground, Manor, Le Passage and RiNo. We usually end the night with a big slumber party!

Q: Drink of choice?

A: Champagne makes everything better!

Q: Best way to cure a hangover?

A: Having pizza with diet coke and many laughs with friends about the night before. Always a fun story to be told!

Q: Favorite music to dance to?

A: Dance, hip-hop - anything by Madonna, Janet Jackson and Britney - my Divas!
