Sound Opinions co-hosts Jim DeRogatis and Greg Kot--music critics from the Sun-Times and the Trib, respectively--are collaborating with underground supper club Clandestino, Candid Wines, and Audio Consultants for an incredible dinner benefiting WBEZ. DeRo and Kot have selected five albums to be the inspiration for five courses created by Clandestino chef, Efrain Cuevas. All courses will be paired with wine from Candid Wines. Insider Info: Cuevas has been curating his menu around legendary albums such as Hoodoo Man Blues (by Junior Wells and Buddy Guy), Like Water for Chocolate (Common), Superfly (Curtis Mayfield), Throb Throb (Naked Gun), and We'll Never Turn Back (Mavis Staples). These are of course, all native Chicagoans. Consider this a unique and intimate "Taste of Chicago."
