Four Courses with Four Wine Pairings

Enjoy a four-course dinner from Chef Gilbert Langlois at his lovely Lincoln Square restaurant, Chalkboard. Each course will be paired with a different wine from Vision Cellars. "Mac," the winemaker from Vision Cellars, will be present to describe his wines and engage diners in a discussion regarding the art of wine making. Chef Gilbert Langlois will also be present to describe the preparation of each dinner course. The evening is limited to a maximum of 30 guests and is priced at $100 per person. The cost is inclusive of dinner, wine, conversation, tax, and gratuity.

Insider Info: So what will you be drinking and eating? One white wine, one rose, one medium-bodied Pinot Noir and one "huge" Pinot Noir. The menu has not yet been determined; however, Chef Langlois is thinking about some "southern attitude" for the red wines and quite possibly a little something from the East Coast for the white.
